ALLAN BOWDITCH, EX-CEO OF GLOBAL HEALTHCARE FOR MARTIN HAMBLIN, JOINS FORCES WITH THE ZIMENT GROUP

NEW YORK, February 1, 2006 – Allan Bowditch, a renowned and sought after healthcare researcher responsible for building Martin Hamblin's healthcare business over a 30 year period, has joined The Ziment Group in a Strategic Advisor role.

Bowditch was CEO of Martin Hamblin until May of 2004. He was in an advisory role to that company through mid-2005.

In his role as Strategic Advisor, Bowditch will assist The Ziment Group in many ways, including the continued building of Ziment's European efforts; in product development for all group companies and in the training and development of Ziment staff including moderators, analytic and project staff. He will also continue his work in supporting the healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing research industries through his work with industry associations.

In 2003 Bowditch was given a Special Award for his contribution to Global Marketing Research by EphMRA (European Pharmaceutical Market Research Association) across his career. In 2005, he was given a lifetime achievement award by PBIRG (Pharmaceutical Business Intelligence Research Group), an organization of US based pharmaceutical companies who conduct global market research.
